At Venatrix Athletica, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us via the Contact Us form or email us at hello@venatrix.store with your purchase receipt.
Ensure that your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns should be sent using a standard postal service with tracking details retained by the customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned parcel at our warehouse, allow up to 7 business days for processing.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags must remain attached, and the item should be in its original packaging.
Items must be free from odors, stains, damage, or pet/human hair.
Sale items, gift cards, and pre-sale items are not eligible for returns.
If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to decline the return or charge a restocking fee.
3. Exchanges & Size Changes
If your item does not fit, please return it following the process above, and we will exchange it for the correct size.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
Sale items are not eligible for size exchanges.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@venatrix.store with photos of the issue.
After reviewing your claim, we will either send a replacement (if stock is available) or issue a refund.
All faulty items must be returned for inspection before replacements or refunds are processed.
5. Non-Faulty Items & Refunds
We do not offer refunds for non-faulty items; instead, a store credit will be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Sale Items & Pre-Sale Orders
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Pre-sale items are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel a pre-sale order before dispatch, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
