1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 2 PM AEST on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days — $10 AUD
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days — $15 AUD
Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $180 AUD, excluding sale items.
Express Upgrade: Upgrade to Express Shipping for $5 AUD on orders eligible for free shipping.
3. New Zealand Shipping
Standard Shipping: $15 AUD
Express Shipping: 3-4 business days — $30 AUD
4. International Shipping
For countries outside of Australia and New Zealand, we offer:
Standard International Shipping: $50 AUD
Note: This charge covers transport costs only. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply in the destination country. Venatrix Athletica is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Delivery Address & Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details to ensure successful delivery.
If shipping to a business address, please include the company name.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Venatrix Athletica is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Any missing parcels must be claimed directly with the postal carrier or your credit card provider.
Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
6. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at hello@venatrix.store with photographic evidence. We will work with our shipping providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.
